Our regular readers (hello to both of you) may have noticed a slight pause in postings lately, which isn't down to sheer laziness, but because we've just spent a week or so over in Tanzania, climbing Mt Kilimanjaro to raise money for Cancer Research UK.

It was a frankly amazing experience - utterly exhausting, but incredibly inspiring.
